Pretty good, seems like the facilities are new or have been refreshed however has a weird feel to the park as there is no trees or shrubs and the park itself is in suburbia surrounded by houses and a bit

out of town. Good for a stop over if you are continuing up/down the coast. Facilities themselves were fantastic. Stayed in winter so the park was dead apart from maybe 5 motorhomes, bit eiery.

Fairly new place, clean and good facilities.

Awesome playground. Rest of the site is a bit plain, not much vegetation. Guess it takes time to grow.

Now charging $50 powered site for 2.

Agree others 10/10 comments. Nice for kids, noise not so good for older folks.

Kitchen now has pots, pans, crockery and limited cutlery.

Yes, would be nice to have some dividers/shrubbery between the powered sites and a few more bushes and trees around the place.

    Worth a visit.

The nicest campsite we stayed so far.

Everything is spotless! Our son loved the playground and got to meet lot’s of friends to play with.

Well worth the money i would say!

    Loved this camp site!

It’s brand new and the facilities are really good. Comfortable TV room, and recreational room, great playground for the kids. The powered sites are nice and big. It’s just missed a bit of greenery, but that will fill in with time. I highly recommend.

Currently sat in their communal area, games room, great outdoor park for kids (and adults after a few beers) bbq, well equipped kitchen with pots and pans etc!

Large van sites and the cleanest facilities we’ve had on our trip!

A really lovely site ! 20min walk from the beach

$46 for two people on a powered site. Worth every penny. Lovely manager too who will sort you with bbq stuff after hours etc as they live on site!

Similar to the first review, this felt like a very new campground (we could still smell the paint!).

Very clean facilities, fast WiFi and big sites. But it felt a bit 'cold' and incomplete ie. very bare TV room and no cooking equipment in the kitchen.

Brand new campground so facilities were very nice.

Spotless bathrooms and showers. WiFi through out the campsite. Massive kitchen and a great TV room to relax inside if it's raining. Will look great in a few years when the gardens have matured. Would stay again.

    Excellent new site.

Very spacious. Usual local NZ price. Fast Wi-fi. Wonderfully clean and tidy facilities. Only 1 mark lost for its slightly sterile feel until the vegetation establishes
