well maintained and reliable, making our trip an absolute breeze. While it seems unlikely on inspection, the van also provides plenty of room for two adults.

Highlights include a roomy fridge (seems to be uncommon for vans of this size) and a stable, easy to assemble awning. Cooking & cleaning facilities were also more than satisfactory. John and Gabrielle are an absolute joy to deal with.

All this and the best priced option we could find on the market!

Awesome experience with Cruzen Campers!

I had the camper for a lengthy solo tour of New Zealand from mid-July to mid-November, my camper sidekick buddy took me just about everywhere in New Zealand, I even got to visit Stewart Island! I would call this campervan extremely space-efficient, with an innovative well thought out design. I loved the size of the camper as I was able to drive it with ease and park anywhere a regular car could, which makes a world of difference when you are travelling around New Zealand. The camper had a comfy bed for sleeping that could convert into a few variations of couch options for daytime use. This camper even had a heater (made my winter travel super cozy), with power independent of the van engine and other power supply (no plugging in), the entire camper was solar-powered, so I never did "plug in" (which will save you $ at campsites) Able to charge phone, tablet, laptop as well as being equipped with data so it was compatible with my Android Auto App. I enjoyed the outdoor cooking as well, with an outdoor awning that spanned around most of the van that I could set up easily as a solo traveler in about 10 minutes. Outdoor table, chairs and kitchen items were included as well! I loved the fact that it was a certified "self-contained" camper - sink, stove, even a full-sized toilet that tucked away when not in use. Being "self-contained" gave me all available New Zealand camping options - I opted for plenty of freedom camping as well as some stays in campgrounds and holiday parks. I loved being able to stop at leisure for coffee, snacks, lunch without seeking out a cafe every time- great scenery is an added bonus of this feature! Outstanding hospitality and customer service throughout my trip, John the owner even personally picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. I had an amazing time visiting New Zealand and I quickly realized, campervan is the way to go! I would rent from this company again should I return to New Zealand.

The Cruzen team are awesome!!

We hired 2 of their campers and headed off for a night. They accommodated us with no notice, and were super friendly and helpful. The camper was well set up, very comfy and easy to drive. The benefit of Apple Play and WiFi was a major plus.

I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a cool, self contained little camper. Absolutely love it.

Our little family were lucky to have a road trip to Taupo over Easter, after hiring a Cruzen camper :) There has been so much thought put into the campervans, ensuring that your trip on New Zealand roads

is taken care of. The size of the vans make them ideal for parking in the tightest of spots, as demonstrated when we picked a busy holiday weekend for our trip and everyone decided to visit Taupo the same weekend. The Cruzen Camper team are amazing and couldn't ask for better support :)

I had the best time on the road with my mobile home and my New Zealand experience couldn’t have been better.

John and his lovely wife Carmen had a huge part in that.

The Van was all set up and ready to go with all I needed for two months on the road packed with fun, freedom and everlasting memories.

Thanks to my decision to book a Cruzen Camper, my trip went incredibly smooth from the start. In preparation for the trip I read some negative stories about other companies and as a German, I am a little sceptical. But if you book with Cruzen Campers, you will have the time of your life.

John even picked me up from the airport, made me familiar with the camper and was incredibly helpful and supportive.

I am really happy with my decision. I got this self contained, cute Van, never had any issue and knew I could always text or call John. Who is 100% trustworthy, helpful and genuinely lovely. The best way for anyones adventure through this fantastic country.

I can´t recommend Cruzen Campers enough. Thanks again for making my trip so special.

Myself and my husband spent a month touring both the north and the south island from the beginning of March this year.

We were met by John at Auckland airport and were on the road within just a couple of hours. The van is well equipped with on board cooking facilities, a top notch fridge and an extremely comfortable bed. The van did a great job of getting round the two islands and although it's pretty compact, it served us well during our trip. Complete with toilet, the van is self contained meaning we were able to experience some fabulous free and DOC sites. On board mifi meant we were able to access the internet throughout our holiday. John was contactable throughout our trip which made pick ups at either end were a breeze. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thanks!

We visited New Zealand from the UK in February and hired a Cruzen camper to explore the North Island & Waihiki.

Can’t recommend these guys highly enough! Such a great way to see the country and all the facilities you need to make it a great trip. Perfect size van for freedom camping meant we were able to stay in more secluded spots, waking up by the beach and Barbecuing bacon & eggs for breakfast is unbeatable! The van comes equipped with all the cooking utensils you could need so you don’t need to bring anything, you can just jump in the van and go. The WiFi / charger points were so useful, especially when you don’t have phone service as a traveller. Being able to use Google maps was an absolute god send when navigating our way to the more hidden spots! The vans have been really well designed to make the most of the space with a pull out bed & awning to give you more space. Plenty of space for 2 and we slept really well, waking up to beautiful beach views and ocean waves. Thanks for making it such a great trip guys, we will definitely be using Cruzen Campers for our next trip to NZ!
