Lovely setting, food tasty but main dishes served luke warm.

Rather rudely rushed from our table at the end to make place for the next reservation, perhaps a suggestion to move to the bar with our half filled drinks would’ve been preferable. We had a gift voucher card (from here) that appeared to have not been loaded so couldn’t use, which was disappointing. The manager on duty taking our payment was not willing to apply a credit to our credit card once he promised to investigate and sort the voucher, only issue a new gift voucher to be used on a future visit which made no sense at all. Did not feel this establishment was grateful for our patronage, despite the fact we spent close to $500 on a meal. We won’t be returning nor singing its praises. A shame, as we had been so looking forward to using the voucher which was a gift and trying somewhere new.
